The digit visible size is 32.2 x 56.9mm and the part code is either CAI23101BS or SA23-11SRWA, depending on which is in stock. These are pin compatble with the Kingbright SA23-11 series. They are bright and highly efficient; see Fig.3 on page 44 of the December 2015 issue for the I/V curves. The best-matching 5mm LEDs we can find are TLDR5400 type.
