Editorial
2022 will be better!
Another strange year comes to an end, filled with the kind of
news that makes you just want to turn off the TV, Internet and
Radio. Let’s hope 2022 is when we can really put the pandemic
behind us, and life returns to some kind of normality. The
wonders of modern drug design have really helped to turn the
tide, but we’re definitely not out of the woods yet, so let’s be
careful and considerate and make 2022 a better year.
Also, please remember it has been quite a rough ride for a lot of
small businesses, so do support our advertisers who work so hard
to keep our hobby alive.
Flowcode
This month, we start an exciting new series on Flowcode, a
graphical programming environment that will get you up and
running with PIC, Arduino and Raspberry Pi programming in
no time at all. You can run it for free on a limited but still useful
basis for as long as you want, and only make purchases when
you are sure that it’s right for you. Give it a try, I’m sure you’ll be
impressed and enjoy it.

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, Practical Electronics is
nothing without its loyal band of fantastic writers. They work
very hard every month to bring you the best in original content.
So, in absolutely no particular order – a great big ‘thank you’

from the manufacturer, so if a design you’ve been keen to build
